We’re looking for a hands‑on Presales Manager to drive solutioning and customer engagements across modern workplace and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to drive technical solutioning and support deal closures
• Design and present end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Compliance, Intune, Entra ID)
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and POCs
• Architect and support M365 migrations (tenant‑to‑tenant, Exchange, SharePoint)
• Prepare BoM, cost estimates, and ROI analysis
• Support RFP/RFI responses and collaborate with OEM teams
• This المنصب will carry indirect business/revenue targets aligned with solution adoption, customer engagement, and overall sales growth objectives.

Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience across Microsoft 365 full stack
• Proven experience in M365 migrations and transformations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Understanding of licensing and commercial constructs
