About ACA البحرينThe American Creativity Academy (ACA) البحرين is a well-established international school serving students from Pre K through Grade 12. We are looking for warm, dedicated, and reliable Classroom Teaching Assistants to support our teachers across Early Years and Elementary. Salary & BenefitsSupport the classroom teacher in delivering daily lessons, preparing materials, and organising learning activities. Work with individual students or small groups under the teacher's direction to reinforce concepts and provide targeted support. Help monitor and record student progress, behaviour, and attendance as directed by the classroom teacher. Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming classroom environment that supports student learning and well being. Supervise students during transitions, breaks, recess, lunch, and dismissal as assigned. Support students' social emotional development by modelling positive behaviour and encouraging respectful interactions. Assist in preparing and organising classroom resources, displays, and instructional materials. Collaborate with the classroom teacher, specialists, and support staff to meet the diverse needs of all learners. Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school wide events as required. Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and all school matters at all times. Promote and uphold the values and ethos of ACA البحرين at all times.
QualificationsMust be a resident of the Kingdom of البحرين. High school diploma as a minimum; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is an advantage. Fluent English language proficiency - spoken and written (TOEFL500+ or IELTS6.0+ preferred for language allowance eligibility). Warm, patient, and nurturing disالمنصب with a genuine passion for working with young children. Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player. Previous experience working with children in a school, early years, or educational setting. Basic understanding of child development and elementary education practices. Experience in an international or multicultural school environment.
