Role Description

This is a full time, on site Marketing Graphic Designer role based in Al Hidd. The Marketing Graphic Designer will create visual assets for marketing campaigns, including digital graphics, social media content, presentations, and print materials. The role involves developing and maintaining brand guidelines, collaborating with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visuals, and ensuring consistency across all platforms. The designer will prepare artwork for various media, manage multiple design projects, and adapt concepts for different audiences and formats. The role also requires staying updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve visual communication and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print materials.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Experience with Branding, including development and maintenance of brand identity and guidelines.
• Knowledge of Marketing and Social Media Marketing to support campaign objectives with effective visuals.
• Proficiency in industry standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to interpret briefs, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross functional teams.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
