Overview

We are in need of a skilled Contract Baker to join our team in Dar Kulaib.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods using various techniques and equipment.
  • Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality of products.
  • Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking.
  • Decorate and finish products with toppings, glazes, or icings as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Order necessary ingredients and supplies to maintain inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely production and delivery of orders.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the baking process or create new products.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef.
  • Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Creativity in decorating and finishing baked goods.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy loads.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends.
