Department: Student Life and Student Management

Job Purpose: Responsible for the school's disciplinary issues to maintain an environment with a limited number of infractions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct corridor, bathroom, and classroom checks before the start of the school day to ensure a clean, safe, and well maintained environment for the students.
  • Coordinate the student line up process before, during, and after recess with the help of the SLO prefects to maintain order and a quiet environment.
  • Manage travel time between classes to ensure that no time is wasted as students relocate from one classroom to another.
  • Mentor and discuss with students the importance of discipline at school as it creates a safe learning environment.
  • Maintain a quiet environment while students enter the classroom after breaks.
  • Ensure that students are in class on time before the start of the day and after every recess.
  • Motivate students to work hard during class to achieve maximized learning during school hours.
  • Enter accurate information into the SABIS School Management System/SABIS Information System (SSMS/SIS) including teacher and student attendance reports and student infractions.
  • Contact and update parents if and when a student is absent.
  • Observe classes to ensure that a calm learning environment is maintained.
  • Ensure a safe atmosphere within the school and that neither bullying nor fighting takes place, informing students of the disciplinary actions that will be taken in the case of bullying.
  • Acالشركة students to the bus area after school hours and ensure all students get on their allocated bus.
  • Prepare daily reports related to teacher observation, student infractions, and teachers' complaints.
  • Assist in exam hall supervision.
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations and take initiative during activities and when dealing with behavioral issues.
  • Attend weekly meetings and training sessions with the team to discuss any concerns or issues regarding student behavior.
  • Promote the Student Life Code of Honor throughout the school.
  • Perform other related tasks or projects as they arise and as delegated by the school management.
