Job overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technician Cum Driver to join our team, providing on-site installation, maintenance, and technical support for scenting services across various customer الموقعs in البحرين. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be comfortable with early morning and occasional night shifts, as well as driving to various client sites. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team, focused on delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities
  • Install and configure machines at client الموقع. (Training will be provided)
  • Perform routine monthly services and regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure its proper functionality.
  • Diagnose and repair any technical issues. Provide troubleshooting support either remotely or on-site to address client concerns.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during installations and service visits.
  • Document installation processes, maintenance activities, and repairs for future reference and reporting purposes.
Job requirements Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in installation, maintenance, or technical support for equipment or machines. Experience with scent diffusion systems or similar technologies is a plus.

Skills
  • Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
  • Ability to drive and transport equipment to customer sites efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills for effective customer interaction and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Physical requirements

Ability to handle manual tasks, drive vehicle and transport equipment as needed during installations and maintenance.

Additional requirements
  • Shift Requirements: Must be willing to work early morning hours and occasional night shifts based on service requests.
