Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring needs across multiple departments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Post job advertisements on Indeed and other recruitment platforms
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews (phone/online/in-person)
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closure of open المنصبs
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support HR team with recruitment reports and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Recruiter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed and social media hiring
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment within البحرين or GCC
• Knowledge of basic HR processes and labor regulations
