Experienced Female Gym Instructor

We are dedicated to providing a supportive, high-energy environment for our guest and hence we are looking for a dedicated and energetic Female Gym Instructor to join our team and inspire our female guest.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the health, safety, and motivation of our members. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual fitness goals.
• Designing and leading a variety of engaging group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, Yoga, Zumba, Strength Training).
• Performing fitness assessments, health screenings, and orientating gym equipment.
• Developing safe, effective, and progressive workout plans.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional fitness area, ensuring all equipment is properly utilized and stored.
• Providing outstanding customer service and building strong, positive relationships with gym members.
• Staying current with fitness trends, techniques, and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated professional who meets the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of continuous, demonstrable experience as a Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer.
• Certification: Must possess a recognized Personal Training certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Fitness Knowledge: Deep knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Arabic, with the ability to motivate and instruct diverse groups of people.
• Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Nationality Preference: We are actively encouraging applications from candidates originating from Kenya or the Philippines to support our culturally diverse team and client base.
