• Responsible for sales from wholesale and retail operations, and for increasing showroom sales.
• Implement initiatives to increase footfall and product awareness among staff and customers.
• Evaluate the need for additional outlets and present feasibility studies with supporting recommendations.
• Manage, guide, and train staff in sales techniques, inventory control, pricing, and customer service.
• Motivate staff to improve performance and propose incentive schemes to enhance sales and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, evaluate aging inventory reports, and suggest methods for liquidation of excess stock.
• Introduce new product lines and evaluate potential new agencies based on international market trends.
• Plan and conduct promotional activities to clear excessive inventories.
• Ensure systematic and appealing product displays in retail showrooms and outlets.
• Collaborate with management to develop new marketing promotions, discount structures, product planning, brand management, budgeting, and review of sales and division profitability.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
