Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers.
  • Track recruitment progress and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Prepare offer letters and handle pre-employment documentation.
Visa Processing / Immigration
  • Handle employment visa processing for expatriates in البحرين (LMRA processes).
  • Coordinate with PROs and government authorities for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensure full compliance with البحرين labor laws and immigration regulations.
  • Maintain accurate visa records and documentation.
Onboarding / Employee Integration
  • Execute onboarding processes for new employees, especially expatriates.
  • Coordinate induction documentation and joining formalities.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Act as a point of contact for new employees during onboarding.
HR Operations (Hire-to-Retire Support)
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems.
  • Support HR lifecycle processes including documentation and compliance.
  • Assist with HR reporting and administrative activities.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA (preferred).

Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Operations. Strong hands on experience in recruitment and onboarding. Mandatory experience in visa processing in البحرين (LMRA / expatriate hiring).
