Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.


Experience

5-10 years in industrial construction projects.


Requirement

  • Experience in heavy industrial projects is preferred.

  • Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Quality and Client Satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to work across البحرين and other GCC الموقعs, as required.

  • Candidates must be available to join within 30 days’ notice (earlier joining will be preferred).


Key Responsibilities

  • To lead civil and structural construction activities.

  • Supervise reinforced concrete (RCC) and structural steel works.

  • To coordinate equipment foundation works and structural interfaces.

  • Monitor project schedules, manpower, productivity, and costs.

  • To ensure compliance with quality, safety, and HSE standards.

  • Maintain project documentation and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.


Required Skills

  • Industrial construction project background.

  • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete (RCC) structures.

  • Proficiency in structural steel works.

  • Knowledge of equipment foundations.

  • Project planning and scheduling.

  • Cost control and productivity monitoring.

  • Project documentation and reporting.

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
