Electrical Engineer – Al-Malikiyah, Iraq

We are a leading engineering firm in Al‑Malikiyah, Iraq, seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects, conducting feasibility studies, creating technical drawings and specifications, and overseeing installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing electrical systems for commercial, residential and industrial projects.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the most efficient and effective solutions.
  • Creating technical drawings and specifications for electrical components.
  • Overseeing the installation of electrical systems and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting electrical issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Managing project budgets and timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A valid biometric passport is required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with power distribution systems.
  • Knowledge of building codes.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy systems.
