As the Head Barista, you will lead and manage the cafe team, ensuring that customers receive an exceptional coffee experience every time they visit. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a cafe or coffee shop environment

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints and concerns professionally
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures
  • Passion for coffee and commitment to providing an exceptional coffee experience to customers
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
