Premium Solutions Consultancy - قطر is assisting a reputed client in البحرين to hire qualified Recruiters to join their HR team. We are looking for professionals with experience in talent sourcing and onboarding, who can manage end-to-end recruitment operations efficiently.

Open Roles: Recruiters - Sourcing Specialists (2 Vacancies)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple roles and industries.
• Manage job postings, database searches, and social media sourcing.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Recruiters - Onboarding Specialists (2 Vacancies)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, and admin teams to ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation, offers, and employee records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• locally available in البحرين (preferred).
