Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced CAD Technician to join our team in Manama, البحرين. As a CAD Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our design and engineering projects by producing accurate and high-quality drawings and models using computer-aided design software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and prepare drawings in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, REVIT or associated programs based on direction and design provided by landscape architects.
2. Prepare detailed drawings, in CAD, REVIT or associated programs, of proposed plans, facilities and infrastructures, prints of various original plans and records for internal and external الشركة use.
3. Produce drawings for land development projects, base plans and detailed drawings for landscape projects as required.
4. Work as a team member to coordinate design projects with urban designers, architects, landscape architects, engineers and other CAD technicians.
5. Utilize customized tools, utilities and scripts to automate work processes and improve AutoCAD productivity and efficiency in compliance with the الشركة CAD standards.
6. Collaboration and working as part of a team. (Work in conjunction with engineers to solve project design problems, performing basic design calculations as required. Conduct technical, feasibility studies and site investigations. Liaison with teams working remotely from other parts of the world to facilitate completion of tasks, and project. Good communicator.)
7. Client Service Management (Internal and external client liaison, Ability to build and maintain lasting and positive relationship. Experience in utility diversions and management)
8. Follow safe work practices and adhere to الشركة guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner. (Complete all work in line with MWH Core Values and in accordance with the MWH Quality Systems and Project Quality Procedures. Design for safety, i.e. Construction Design Management.)
9. Other duties as requested from time to time by the Resident Engineer.

Qualifications

1. Degree from a recognized institute.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
3. Must have wet utilities experience and have experience in Civils 3D.
4. Experience in using Revit will be a bonus.
5. Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
