We are hiring a confident and well-presented Hostess for a modern restaurant lounge. This role goes beyond greeting guests — you will be the الأول point of contact for reservations, VIP guests, and online enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and host guests in a professional, warm manner
• Handle reservations and table management efficiently
• Manage inbound calls and social media enquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Coordinate VIP guest arrivals and special requests
• Support basic social media marketing and customer engagement
• Maintain high service standards and brand image at all times

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a hostess or in a similar front-of-house role
• Excellent spoken English and clear phone communication
• Comfortable handling social media messages and online bookings
• Strong customer service and organisational skills
• Presentable, modern, and confident personality
• Experience in lounges or upscale restaurants is a strong advantage
