Role Overview:

This role serves as both the "gatekeeper" and "engine" for the stable operation of the الشركة's business in البحرين and the MEA region. It requires not only overseeing compliant operations and financial control but also demonstrating practical ability to build processes from scratch and solve daily operational challenges. We are looking for a hands‑on manager who can ensure business continuity, fund security, and reporting accuracy within the regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily operations and transaction processing.
  2. Own reconciliations, financial reporting, and operational controls.
  3. Manage vendors, costs, and local financial administration.
  4. Implement operational risk controls and monitoring.
  5. Support audits, regulatory reviews, and reporting.
  6. Work closely with banking, compliance, and product teams.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years’ experience in operations, finance, or controls within financial services.
  2. Strong understanding of reconciliations and operational risk.
  3. Experience in regulated environments preferred.
  4. International experience and qualifications highly desirable.
  5. Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
  6. Proficiency in English as the working language, with fluency in both written and verbal professional communication. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  7. Hold a valid البحرين work visa, possess legal eligibility to work in البحرين, or demonstrate exceptional qualifications to secure a البحرين visa.
