Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

5-10 years of relevant experience in industrial construction, shutdown or maintenance projects.

Requirement

  • Experience in heavy industrial projects is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Quality and Client Satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work across البحرين and other GCC الموقعs, as required.
  • Candidates must be available to join within 30 days' notice (earlier joining will be preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage mechanical projects from contract award through successful completion.
  • Plan and oversee equipment installation, piping, and structural steel works.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource alالموقع strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, budgets, and overall project performance.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  • Prepare project reports and maintain accurate project documentation

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in industrial mechanical project execution, including construction, shutdown, and maintenance projects.
  • Proven expertise in equipment installation, piping systems, and structural steel works.
  • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, resource alالموقع, and execution.
  • Good understanding of project controls, cost management, and productivity monitoring.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and technical records.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of HSE regulations, QA/QC standards, and contractual compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
