We are looking for a skilled and passionate Nail Technician/Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of nail care techniques and trends and a passion for teaching and training others in the field. You will be responsible for providing nail care services to clients and educating our team and partners on the latest techniques and product applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a wide range of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and gel applications.
  • Educate and train new and existing staff members and partners on nail care techniques, trends, and product usage.
  • Stay updated on the latest nail care products, trends, and techniques.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops or demonstrations as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Recommend nail care products and upsell services when appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the salon environment.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Nail Technician with relevant training and experience.
  • Driving License is a must
  • Proven experience in providing nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
  • Strong teaching or training experience in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest nail care trends, products, and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to share knowledge with others.
