الوصف الوظيفي:
We are looking for a qualified Architect Engineer with 3–7 years of experience to join our team immediately. The selected candidate will be responsible for architectural design, coordination, and site supervision to ensure projects are delivered according to specifications, timelines, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and contractors
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
• Ensure compliance with البحرين building codes and authority regulations
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs
• Manage design changes and resolve site-related issues
• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders
• Ensure timely project completion within budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• 3–7 years of relevant experience (البحرين/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local authority approvals and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently
• Immediate joiner required

Preferred Skills:

• Site supervision and fit-out experience
• Knowledge of finishing materials and construction detailing
