We are in need of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in Al-Malikiyah Syria The successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their culinary talents and contribute to the success of our restaurant

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare high-quality meals according to our menu and standards
• Oversee and manage kitchen staff including training scheduling and performance evaluations
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items
• Manage food costs and budget effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques kitchen equipment and sanitation standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creative mindset with a passion for food innovation
• Must be able to obtain own visa for employment in Syria

This is a temporary المنصب with an attractive salary of 1100$
