Waiter/Waitress at a High-End Restaurant in Muharraq, البحرين

We are seeking experienced and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Muharraq, البحرين. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing prompt and friendly service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and responding promptly to any requests or complaints
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and work stations
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent overall service
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month without accommodation. Tips are also provided based on performance.
