Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Retail Sales Executive-Automotive to join our thriving team in البحرين. This Full-Time المنصب is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to the success of our automotive division. The ideal candidate will be a leader in the showroom, responsible for driving sales, fostering exceptional customer relationships, and upholding the premium standards of our brand.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial customer engagement to the finalisation of the sale.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets for new and pre owned vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience, offering expert advice and guidance on our range of vehicles, features, and financing options.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Act as a mentor for junior sales staff, providing support, guidance, and sharing best practices to foster team development.
• Contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment that reflects our الشركة's high standards.
• Handle complex negotiations with professionalism and confidence, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and the الشركة.
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Ensure all sales documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proven 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in a senior role within the automotive retail industry.
• A strong and demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive products, technology, and the local market in البحرين.
• Natural leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, mentor, and support team members.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
• A valid البحرينi driving licence is essential.
