Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site المنصب as a Senior Accountant & Finance Officer located in Manama Governorate, البحرين. The role involves preparing and managing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting and compliance, conducting financial analysis to support decision-making, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Responsibility

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are advantageous
• +2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and managing Financial Reporting processes
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency with accounting and financial management software
