To develop project business and increase profit for the department .

· Identify new projects ,develop new accounts

· Able to achieve sales target , follow up of sales leads and close the deals

· Able to generate profit for الشركة and collection of payments

· Able to work under pressure and as team

· Good knowledge of AV products /technologies

· Good contacts with consultants, contractors, interiors.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Valid GCC License

Above 1 years of sales experience preferably in البحرين or GCC

Good Contacts with consultants , contractors , interior designers

AUTHORITIES AND LIMITATIONS

• Work within instructions, الشركة guidelines & policies

PROBLEM SOLVING

Able to handle , solve and ensure any problems arising during project independently and report to management if necessary

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES

· Experience in sales and providing solutions for Audio System, Video system , control system , Videowall, Digital Signage . Technical knowledge in similar field is added advantage.

· Experience in working with clients, contractors ,designers

· Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills

· Engineering /Diploma holders preferred .

· Above 2 years of experience.

· Able to communicate in English, Hindi , Preferably Arabic

· Knowledge of Excel ,Word ,Power Point ,Networking

· Should be a go getter and hardworking

· Valid GCC driving licence
