Our client, a café located in a popular mall in البحرين, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the operations of their café. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in the food and beverage industry and be able to manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the café.
Lead, motivate, and train a team of baristas and waiters.
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Oversee inventory control and stock management.
Assist with scheduling and shift management.
Requirements:Proven experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.
Arabic speaker, with a preference for non-Egyptian nationals.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently.
Must be located in البحرين or willing to relocate to البحرين.
Transportation will be provided if necessary.
