Job Overview

The Finance Associate supports the Finance Department in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and financial analysis. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with الشركة policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements while contributing to the overall financial performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Process journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and account reconciliations.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and accurate record keeping.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare schedules and documentation for external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and support inventory accounting where applicable.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments on finance-related matters.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance financial controls and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • ACCA/CMA/CA/CA Inter preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital finance is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
