Our restaurant in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is an entry-level المنصب that offers a salary of $1100 per month along with a free visa and ticket. We are looking for freshers who are passionate about the food and beverage industry and eager to learn the ins and outs of restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Create schedules and manage employee shifts.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and efficiently.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic accounting principles.
