The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join Compliance.bh as its Founding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Strategic Partner.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial executive to lead and grow a specialist advisory firm with regional ambitions. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the firm's strategy, expanding its client base, building a high-performing team, and establishing Compliance.bh as a trusted advisory brand across the GCC.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a business-not simply manage one.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Execute the long term vision and growth strategy for Compliance.bh.

  • Identify new service offerings and market opportunities.
Business Development
  • Build and maintain relationships with C suite executives, boards, regulators, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of advisory engagements.
  • Establish strategic alliances with consulting firms, technology providers, and industry partners.
Client Advisory

Lead or oversee high value engagements across:

  • Strategy and business transformation
  • Target Operating Model (TOM) design and optimisation
  • Finance transformation
  • IFRS advisory
  • Investment management advisory
  • Insurance consulting
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Technology and AI enabled transformation
Operational Leadership
  • Build and lead a high performing consulting team.
  • Establish operational processes and quality standards.
  • Drive financial performance and sustainable growth.
Market Expansion
  • Develop opportunities across البحرين, المملكة العربية السعودية, UAE, قطر, الكويت, and Oman.
  • Represent Compliance.bh at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong track record in one or more of the following:

  • Management Consulting
  • Financial Services
  • Banking
  • Insurance
  • Investment Management
  • Finance Transformation
  • Regulatory Advisory
  • Technology or Digital Transformation

Experience gained within a Big Four firm, a leading consulting practice, or a senior leadership role within a financial institution would be highly desirable.
