Our hotel in Muharraq is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts pastries and breads for our guests. Your passion for baking and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Create and prepare a wide range of desserts pastries and breads according to recipes or guest requests
  • Decorate and present desserts in an appealing manner
  • Ensure all pastries are fresh and of high quality
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dessert offerings that align with current food trends
  • Train junior pastry chefs on techniques recipes and kitchen safety procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role
  • In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
  • Creativity in designing desserts
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diploma or degree in culinary arts or relevant field

Salary $1200 per month
