Job purpose:We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Reinsurance. The role manages both treaty and facultative reinsurance activities, including proportional and non-proportional treaty arrangements, preparation of statistics for negotiations, premium and claims calculations, bordereaux management, balance reconciliations, and regular reporting to group and external reinsurers. It also involves supporting property facilities, liaising with auditors, coordinating payments with accounts, and overseeing facultative placements by reviewing slips, negotiating terms, issuing closings, and ensuring compliance with group standards.
