We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Dar Kulaib, البحرين.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a full‑time المنصب with a salary of $1,500 per month.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for various breads and pastries according to recipes
• Bake breads, pastries, cookies and other baked goods
• Decorate cakes and other specialty items as needed
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure quality products
• Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Baker in a bakery or similar setting
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
• Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast and other baking ingredients
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have a valid biometric passport
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred
