Overview

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Al-Malikiyah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full‑time المنصب with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to customer orders.
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and allergens.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and care.
  • Ensure quality control by consistently monitoring the taste, temperature, and presentation of drinks.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers by taking orders and handling payments accurately.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized at all times, including restocking supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines when handling food items or preparing drinks containing milk or other perishable ingredients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Barista in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required for this المنصب.
