Role Description

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for design, and a data-driven approach to building brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (images, videos, captions, stories, and reels).
• Manage daily social media operations across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and performance teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics and report on ROI.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and manage online communities.
• Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
• Support campaign launches, product announcements, and brand initiatives.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus.
