المنصب Barista Supervisor

الموقع Dar Kulaib البحرين

Salary $1300 per month

We are currently hiring for the role of Barista Supervisor at our busy coffee shop in Dar Kulaib The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a barista excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead a team

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise baristas on proper coffee making techniques and customer service standards
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to الشركة recipes and quality standards
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies to maintain efficient operations
• Monitor cleanliness and appearance of the caf ensuring that it meets health and safety standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Create weekly schedules for baristas taking into account staff availability and business needs

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Knowledge of different coffee beans brewing techniques and latte art is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
