The Finance Manager will serve as the most senior in-house finance lead at RBC, acting as the الشركة’s de facto finance head and strategic partner to the CEO.
The role is both operational and strategic. It will oversee day-to-day financial management, financial control, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance, while also supporting the CEO on business planning, strategic analysis, governance, and long-term financial decision-making.
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in strengthening RBC’s financial discipline, improving reporting quality, supporting growth decisions, and helping build a fit-for-purpose finance function for the التالي phase of the الشركة’s development.

Responsibilities
Act as RBC’s most senior in-house finance lead and trusted advisor to the CEO on all financial matters.
Provide financial insight and commercial support to strategic and operational decision-making.
Translate business priorities into financial plans, controls, and performance frameworks.
Support the CEO in shaping the الشركة’s financial strategy, targets, and resource alالموقع.
2.Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting exercises.
Develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans aligned with RBC’s business strategy.
Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives.
Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis with clear recommendations.
3.Financial Reporting & Performance Management
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Develop and maintain a monthly performance pack covering financial and key business KPIs.
Present financial insights, trends, risks, and opportunities to the CEO and leadership team.
Support board reporting requirements with clear, concise, and decision-oriented financial analysis.
Establish and strengthen internal controls, approval processes, and financial governance standards.
Maintain oversight of accounting integrity, reconciliations, and financial accuracy.
Lead the implementation and monitoring of Discretionary Authority Limits (DAL) and finance-related SOPs.
Support the design of finance governance frameworks aligned with RBC’s operating model.
5.Cash Flow, Working Capital & Receivables
Manage cash flow planning and working capital to ensure financial sustainability.
Monitor receivables, collections, and bad debt exposure.
Improve invoicing discipline, collections tracking, and creditor/debtor management.
Work closely with commercial teams to ensure stronger alignment between sales, billing, and collections.
6.Accounting, Audit & Compliance
Oversee the quality and completeness of accounting records, whether managed internally or with external support.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and other finance service providers as required.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal financial requirements.
Support audit readiness and timely closure of audit matters.
7.Procurement & Cost Control
Monitor الشركة expenditure and ensure spending aligns with approved budgets and authority limits.
Support procurement discipline through financial review and control processes.
Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising strategic priorities or operational quality.
Review vendor arrangements and support value-for-money decisions.
8.Strategic & Commercial Support
Evaluate the financial viability of new initiatives, partnerships, campaigns, and growth verticals.
Support pricing, commercial packages, investment decisions, and sponsorship business cases.
Contribute to the development of RBC’s strategic plan by providing robust financial inputs and scenario analysis.
Assess financial risks and opportunities associated with expansion plans, including new verticals and revenue streams.
9.Teaming & Cross-Functional Partnership
Work closely with Commercial, Programming, Marketing, and Operations to ensure financial discipline is embedded across the business.
Help build a culture of accountability, planning, and performance management.
Support finance capability-building across the organisation by improving financial awareness among non-finance managers.

Qualification & ExperienceExperience
7–12 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial control, FP&A, or related areas.
Experience in a role with both operational and strategic finance responsibilities.
Experience as the lead finance person in a small or medium-sized organisation is preferred.
Experience working with senior leadership on planning, reporting, and business decision support.
Media, telecom, advertising, broadcasting, or fast-moving service-sector experience would be an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesTechnical Skills
Strong financial planning, budgeting, and reporting capability.
Strong command of management reporting and financial analysis.
Good understanding of internal controls, governance, and compliance.
Experience with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial modeling.
Ability to build practical finance processes in a growing organisation.
