We're offering an exciting Care Center Internship opportunity at Allianz Partners - البحرين for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.

About The Role

As a Care Center Intern, you will support the Care Center team in handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring smooth day to day operations. You'll gain hands on experience in customer communication, case management, and healthcare support processes within a leading global organization.

What You Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
• Support the team with case follow ups, documentation, and data updates.
• Assist in coordinating with internal departments for timely resolution of requests.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

What You Bring

• البحرينi nationals only
• Fresh university graduate
• No working experience
• Bachelor's degree (medical or health related background preferred).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment
