We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure optimal building performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all maintenance activities across properties.
• Receive and resolve tenant maintenance complaints.
• Coordinate and negotiate with external maintenance contractors.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise maintenance teams and monitor work quality.
• Prepare regular maintenance reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to manage teams and multiple tasks.
• Experience in property management is preferred.
