المسمى الوظيفي: Contract Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Dar Kulaib.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve الشركة goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competition
  • Train, mentor and manage sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and reports for management review
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable deals for the الشركة
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the same or similar industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make strategic decisions based on findings
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Compensation

Salary 1600 USD per month negotiable based on experience.
