البحرين Airport الشركة is hiring لمنصب Agent - Hospitality Services. The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting, assisting, and greeting Hala البحرين customers at البحرين International Airport. Key duties include guiding customers through airport procedures such as immigration, security checks, and baggage drop-off or claim. The goal is to ensure a seamless, high-quality service that enhances the customer experience for both arriving and departing passengers.
The successful candidate must have a High National Diploma and 1-2 years of working experience in sales, customer service, or promotional services. Proficiency in Arabic and/or English is essential, with additional language skills being preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, courteous manners, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Basic administrative skills are also required.
