Job Objective

Lead the operational execution of Beyon's AI adoption and transformation program by coordinating activities across the Engage, Enable, and Elevate workstreams. Ensure structured delivery, strong governance, and clear communication while tracking KPIs, enabling cross-OpCo collaboration, and delivering executive-ready insights to drive measurable business impact and scalable AI adoption.

Responsibilities Strategic
  • Define and maintain program-level KPIs across Engage, Enable, and Elevate workstreams.
  • Prepare executive-ready insights, recommendations, and governance materials.
  • Support planning for multi-OpCo scaling waves and long-term AI operating models.
  • Ensure program visibility, transparency, and narrative consistency across leadership levels.
Financial
  • Track program-level metrics contributing to financial impact (efficiency, cost savings, productivity improvements).
  • Contribute to budget monitoring by aligning adoption, usage, and transformation metrics with financial performance.
  • Support ROI tracking for pilots, enablement activities, and operational enhancements.
Operational
  • Oversee planning and execution of AI awareness campaigns, showcases, demos, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate publication of ambassador stories, practical tips, and OpCo success highlights.
  • Track engagement metrics across events, communications, and internal platforms.
  • Support creation and rollout of guidelines, governance materials, playbooks, and reusable prompts.
  • Track adoption of AI tools across OpCos, including access provisioning, onboarding flows, and usage analytics.
  • Support development of the AI Academy and custom integrations in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Monitor progress of AI-driven automation, workflow enhancements, and enterprise solution pilots
  • Work with IT, operations, and product teams to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Define and maintain program-level KPIs across Engage, Enable, and Elevate categories.
  • Build and update dashboards summarising progress, risks, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Prepare executive-ready reports with insights, recommendations, and required decisions.
  • Serve as the operational hub across OpCos, technical teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Facilitate governance forums including program check-ins, risk reviews, and steering committees.
  • Translate technical and business developments into structured communication for diverse audiences.
People
  • Ensure timely completion of PMR process
  • Continuously share the knowledge and understanding of the technology industry and business trends
  • Ensure active participation in employee engagement survey
  • Foster strong collaboration across OpCos, technical teams, and business stakeholders by enabling open communication, shared objectives, and effective working relationships.
  • Coach and support teams involved in AI initiatives by promoting adoption, addressing concerns, and encouraging confidence in new ways of working.
  • Ensure high levels of stakeholder engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication, facilitation, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of experience in PMO, digital transformation, agile project management, or programme governance.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience managing technology or transformation initiatives is preferred.
