English Tutor

As an English Tutor you will be responsible for providing one-on-one instruction to students of all ages and backgrounds in the city of Isa Town. Your main focus will be on teaching English as a second language, but you may also be required to assist with other subjects such as grammar and writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and goals of each student
• Provide engaging and interactive lessons that promote language learning through various methods such as discussions, games, and activities
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement
• Communicate effectively with students, parents or guardians to discuss progress and address any concerns
• Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and strategies to continuously improve the quality of instruction
• Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share resources, ideas and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Proven experience as an English Tutor or similar role
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to different learning styles
• Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary and literature
• Patience, empathy and ability to create a comfortable learning environment for students of all ages
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Ability to commit to a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends if needed

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package starting at 900$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

Our tutoring center is located in Isa Town but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally able to work in البحرين.
