As a Personal Trainer you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized fitness programs for clients based on their specific needs and goals. You will work closely with clients to assess their current fitness levels, develop realistic goals, and track progress over time. • Previous experience as a personal trainer.

• Strong understanding of exercise science principles, anatomy, and physiology.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate clients.
• Adaptability to work with different types of clients with varying fitness levels and goals.
• Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs.
