Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy dining establishment in Muharraq.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations.
  • Manage staff, including creating schedules and managing labor costs.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Handle budgeting and financial management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Strong understanding of staffing and labor cost management.
  • Biometric passport is required.
Compensation

Competitive salary package of $1,400 per month with potential for growth within the الشركة.
