We are currently hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Manama البحرين on a contract basis. As a Carpenter you will be responsible for constructing, installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood and wallboard. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in their field while living and working in a vibrant city.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and materials needed.
• Measurement and marking cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalks or marking gauges.
• Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools such as chisels, saws, drills etc.
• Assemble prepared wood to form structures such as frameworks, rafters, stairways and more.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings etc.
• Inspect work progress to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
• Repair or replace damaged or defective parts.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of woodworking machines and tools e.g., saws and drills.
• Good physical strength and stamina.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination.
• Biometric passport for travel purposes.

• Salary of 1400$ per month tax‑free.
