A. Site Supervision

• Supervise daily civil and structural works such as blockwork, plastering, flooring, partitions, ceilings, and finishing.
• Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure proper workmanship.

B. Fit-Out Coordination

• Coordinate civil works with MEP, carpentry, joinery, and finishing teams to avoid conflicts and delays.
• Ensure the site is prepared and ready for consecutive trades.

C. Quality Control

• Inspect materials, installation, and completed work to verify quality compliance.
• Report any deviations, defects, or reworks immediately to the Project Engineer.

D. Planning & Execution

• Prepare daily and weekly work plans with the project team.
• Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment are available on time.
• Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors on timely delivery.

E. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce site safety rules and ensure all workers follow HSE regulations.
• Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and near misses promptly.

F. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports including progress, manpower, and issues.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification.
• Assist in site measurements, BOQs, and progress billing when required.
