We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in towers, specifically renovation, refurbishment, and finishing works. This role is delivery-focused and requires strong control over time, cost, quality, and stakeholders in live environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for tower renovation and finishing works
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and change orders with zero disruption mindset
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers across multiple trades
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and authority approvals
• Drive site productivity, resolve technical issues, and maintain progress momentum
• Report performance, milestones, and variances to senior management

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience managing tower / high-rise projects (residential, mixed-use, or commercial)
• Strong background in fit-out, finishing, and renovation in occupied or semi-occupied buildings
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and fast-track delivery
• Experience in GCC projects is a strong advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
