Job Summary

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to lead the visual direction of our brand and projects. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with excellent design execution skills, capable of transforming ideas into compelling visual experiences across digital and print platforms. This role requires leadership ability, attention to detail, and the confidence to present and defend creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities Creative & Design

• Develop high-quality visual concepts, designs, and layouts for campaigns, branding, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials.
• Lead the creative direction of projects from concept to final delivery.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and strategic objectives.
• Create innovative design solutions that communicate messages clearly and effectively.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide junior designers and creative team members.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, strategists, and production teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic creative ideas.
• Present concepts and design rationale to internal teams and clients.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external partners when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and print work.
• Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle feedback constructively.
• Experience in social media and digital campaign design is highly desirable.

• Bilingual abilities (Arabic & English is a plus).
