We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Isa Town on a part time basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
• Manage contractors and coordinate with architects and engineers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor project progress
• Maintain project schedules and budgets

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
