Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Manama. The role involves creating engaging content tailored to various social media platforms, managing posting schedules, monitoring social media trends, and interacting with audiences to increase engagement. The Social Media Content Creator will collaborate with different teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and strategy while analyzing data to refine content strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Management, including creating and managing content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Strategic planning skills including Content Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Scheduling.
• Creative skills such as Writing, Graphic Design, and Video Editing to produce visually engaging multimedia content.
• Proficiency in Analytics and Monitoring tools to assess the performance of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team and manage audience interactions on social media.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to stay updated with emerging social media trends and innovations.
